Conrad Park has just done a beautiful job on our engineered oak floor. Changed from a dull floor to lighter, warm oak!
We had been expecting a bit of mess but Conrad was true to his word, there was none! Would highly recommend him.
Conrad Park restored my dull dark orange oak flooring to its original state, nice and bright with a Matt lacquer finish. There was barely any dust from the sanding process and Conrad left the areas clean and tidy after each step. Conrad was very professional and communication was excellent throughout.
Conrad did a fab job with my floors. They went from a fowl yellowish Oak that had loads of scratches to a beautiful natural colour. Conrad was very professional and did a great job so I would highly recommend him

Conrad commenced the work promptly and on time and left absolutely no mess each day he was here. He was very accommodating around our day and worked efficiently around us. The floor looks absolutely amazing and is so much smoother and less creaky than before. We have had many compliments!

We are delighted with the results of what Conrad has done. As others have said, so much better than we had expected - in fact probably better than when first laid down! We also very much appreciated Conrad's flexibility to work around our ability to move furniture and so free the rooms.
Oak floors were well overdue resanding and was delighted how well they turned out - better than when originally laid with almost all marks coming out. Used semi-Matt Osmo finish non-slip which looks great and is less slippery (and easier to maintain than varnish). Amazed how little dust created - Conrad was super thorough and worked through logistics of keeping access routes open! Would highly recommend (already done so!)

Three rooms of oak flooring in need of refurbishment! Been putting this off but after a visit from Conrad was happy to clear the rooms and clear off on holiday. Lovely surprise when getting home, floors all like new in Osmo mid sheen oil finish, couldn’t have been more pleased as 1. Our children had put the furniture back in place and 2. THERE WAS NO DUST OR MESS!!!
