Conrad Park is a specialist flooring company founded in 2008 but has many more years of flooring experience to its name. Our main office is based in Braintree, Essex and we have another office in Langley, Berkshire. We are able to carry out our services throughout the country due to an extensive team of flooring fitters and technicians.
Our fully qualified and CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) accredited technicians can complete a range of refurbishment projects for commercial and domestic clients and are fully trained in each aspect of their field with a full range of tools and the latest equipment. We take pride in our work with a positive approach towards customer care and delivering high standards with attention to detail.
Floors are a big investment
At Conrad Park we know floors are a big investment and over time these floors can easily lose their shine and wear due to continuous foot traffic, dirt and grit, food and drink spillages and incorrect cleaning procedures and cleaning products. Regular cleaning and maintenance is required to keep them looking presentable all year round and reduce the need to replace them. At your earliest convenience we can carry out a free no obligation survey of the floor to collate the information we need to supply a quotation. Once we have carried out the initial works we can provide you with a maintenance programme which will allow us to advise on the best periodic floor cleaning and maintenance regime to protect and keep the floor looking great.
We have vast experience working with main manufacturers such as Junckers, Osmo, Granwood, Dr. Schutz and many more. Due to our contacts with these companies we are able to provide professional flooring services, the latest recommended procedures and customer care.

Conrad refurbished our hall floor in April 2015. A very professional service was provided throughout from quoting for the work, inspecting the premises to completing the work. The wooden floor was sanded back to its original surface: and when finished it looked as if a new floor had been laid: indeed many people who have used the hall since thought it was a completely new floor. Conrad is very prompt, his attention to detail is excellent, and the job was undertaken and finished on time to a very high level of proficiency. Conrad has done an amazing job on the wooden floors throughout the ground floor of our house. We’re so happy with the work and his attention to detail.
